SO MANY of you asked for a ground chicken version of my viral recipe for homemade beef summer sausage.

I can’t really put it into words…but for some reason ground chicken just gives me the ick…so I’m doing this for YOU! 😂

Here’s where we’re at so far:

I mixed 1 pound ground chicken with the following:

1.5 teaspoons Morton Tender Quick
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 teaspoon sugar
Lots of cracked black pepper
A dash of poultry seasoning

Mixed it well and rolled into a log. This will sit in my fridge for 24 hours and I’ll bake it tomorrow…come back to find out if it’s any good!!!👍🏻
