🚨November challenge start today comment “ SNATCHED “ to get direct link to sign up 🆙 GUT IN ⌛️& GLUTES OUT 🍑Challenge 4 way to lose stubborn tummy fat/ STUBBORN FUPA: 1. Calorie control + protein focus You can’t spot reduce fat, so overall fat loss is key. Eat in a small calorie deficit and prioritize protein (eggs, chicken, fish, tofu) to preserve muscle and reduce belly fat faster. 2. Strength training (3-4x/week) Compound lifts (squats, deadlifts, lunges, pushups) increase metabolism and burn visceral fat. Add core work (planks, leg raises) to strengthen and tighten the area. 3. Daily movement + LISS (8-10k steps/day) with short HIlT sessions (15-20 min). This combo is proven to target stubborn lower-abdominal fat. 4. Hormones, sleep, and stress control Poor sleep and high cortisol promote lower-belly fat storage. Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep, manage stress, and avoid excessive sugar/ alcohol.
