What would I need to see to me... a tow rope😂... ive seen how the currents add sooo much distance and time to these crossing, and 20 years ago in my prime, sure maybe, but now... nope! Congratulations to you for doing something amazing 👏🔥❤️

Okay, I get that for the challenge you must remain in the water the whole time, but why wouldn't they allow you to finish? Even if it 'doesnt count' it's still a pretty amazing feat to swim the channel with a couple breaks

Gertrude ederly was the first women to swim the English Channel and beat the man’s time by over two hours! She’s my swimming hero and I know everything about her! This is so cool that people still do it to this day
