My sister, @tolanialli - The one I call the prophetic photographer. This sister here is a global ambassador and dignitary for the kingdom. Keep a keen eye on her. She’s about to do some great things. By the way. She’s also a HC partner and a kingdom builder. Tolani comes very highly recommended. Her works her not just world class but inspired and anointed
It started with a Christmas Eve dinner. A message, an unexpected connection and, soon enough, a relationship neither quite saw coming. In an exclusive conversation with GQ, @sachgome10 and @sarahlanga take us back to the beginning, sharing the details of their first meeting, what they admire about each other, the realities of their age difference and finding their footing under the public microscope. Two people, their own version of the story. Read the full conversation on GQ.co.za.
The old order is getting VERY uncomfortable right now. 🔥⚔️ And Kali has absolutely ZERO interest in preserving something just because “that’s how it’s always been done.” This week, Kali squares Saturn. The Ego Slayer meets the old patriarchal structures. The inherited rules. The rigid identities. The systems of power we’ve been taught to accept without question. And it’s not just happening out there in the world. It’s happening INSIDE US. Every time you silence yourself to keep the peace. Every time you abandon your instincts to be the good girl. Every time you uphold a rule that was never designed for your freedom. Every time you mistake obedience for goodness. Kali is coming for ALL of it. And with Hecate illuminating our Destiny Line, Mercury revealing what’s been hidden, and Mars and Jupiter bringing the fire back... There’s a whole lot of power available for doing things DIFFERENTLY. Because just because something has existed for generations doesn’t mean it deserves to survive another one. 🔥 TYPE EPISODE for this week’s wild astrology transmission + an invitation into Archetype IX, where we don’t just learn about these powerful archetypes... We awaken them within ourselves. This week... the revolution is personal. 🖤
HOW DELICIOUSLY EVIL 😈🤣 “Seed oils are industrial lubricants!” So is water. Please stop lubricating your opinions with bullshit. 😂 Let’s look at HUMAN evidence: 🔥 INFLAMMATION: Systematic reviews of randomized trials find that increasing linoleic acid, the main omega-6 fat in many seed oils, does NOT consistently increase inflammatory markers in HUMANS. (PMIDs: 22889633 & 28752873) ❤️ HEART DISEASE: Replacing saturated fat with polyunsaturated fat (PUFA) lowers LDL cholesterol. A meta-analysis of randomized trials found ~19% fewer coronary heart disease events with this substitution. What you REPLACE matters. (PMIDs: 37297374 & 20351774) 🧪 OXIDATION: “PUFAs can oxidize” does not establish that eating them increases oxidative damage in humans. Controlled trials increasing linoleic acid found no significant increase in measured lipid peroxidation or oxidative DNA damage. Your body is not a bottle of oil sitting on a windowsill. (PMIDs: 12399265 & 12504167) And the “only OXIDIZED LDL matters” crowd misses a crucial step: LDL enters the artery wall and gets RETAINED beneath the endothelium, where it can undergo oxidation and other modifications. Most LDL oxidation is thought to occur there; abundant antioxidants strongly limit oxidation in circulating plasma. (PMID: 19888833) More circulating LDL particles means more opportunities for arterial entry, retention, and subsequent modification. Oxidation doesn’t make LDL concentration irrelevant, it helps explain why retaining LDL is a problem & how much LDL gets retained is driven by its concentration in blood. PUFAs from seed oils reduce LDL (PMID: 17938300) 🫀 LIVER FAT: During matched overfeeding, saturated fat caused substantially more liver fat accumulation than PUFA, despite similar weight gain (PMIDs: 24550191 & 31369090) 📉 GLUCOSE CONTROL: A meta-analysis of controlled feeding trials found improvements in several glucose/insulin measures when PUFA replaced saturated fat (PMID: 27434027) You don’t need to chug canola oil. But replacing it with butter because an influencer yelled “INFLAMMATION” isn’t evidence-based nutrition. Fear is easy to sell. Human outcome data are harder to bullshit. 🤷‍♂️
