I think my smile says it all🥹❤️ Pure happiness. Pure gratitude. And a moment I wish I could hold on to forever. HYROX Hamburg — what a weekend!🖤 🥇 1st place in the Singles Challenger 🎟️ Qualified for the Elite 15 in London 🔥 4th place in my very first Elite Doubles race Looking at these results, I couldn’t be happier. But what made this weekend so special goes far beyond rankings, times, or podium finishes. It’s the people🫶🏽 The ones who believe in me, support me, push me, and celebrate these moments with me. Whether you were right there in Hamburg or cheering me on from home — I felt every bit of that support. Feeling the love and belief from @adidastraining , @blackroll , @esncom , and this incredible HYROX community honestly means more to me than I can put into words. I’m leaving Hamburg with so much positive energy, motivation, and confidence. But also with some valuable lessons and a clear picture of where I currently stand. Because as happy as I am with these results, I know there’s still so much room to grow. This weekend was also an important opportunity to see how the work with @osse205 an @smart_athlet is paying off, what we’ve already improved, and where we need to keep pushing over the next weeks and months. Proud of how far I’ve come. Grateful for everyone who’s part of this journey. And even more excited for what’s ahead. London, here we come🚀❤️ #behappy #beproud
happy World Vegan Day. I went vegan in 1987 for this reason: contributing to, or causing, the suffering of an innocent animal is simply horrifying. if we have a choice between causing animal suffering and not causing animal suffering, shouldn't we always choose to not cause animal suffering? #vegan #worldveganday
arm day routineeee! 🖤 @youngla @younglaforher code vi this specific routine isn’t a part of my split anymore due to my new schedule, but i attribute a lot of my progress to it. i was reaching failure by the 10th rep of every third set if not also the second, so yes i go to failure. and yes i also did have to be in a caloric surplus to grow this much! . . . . . . . #gym #workout #gymgirl #abs #physique
Hi friends:) here’s a silly little preemptive video dump before our movie comes out so soon!! Big news, I have a song on the official Hunger Games SOTR album! Being a part of this franchise in any regard has been one of the greatest experiences and honors of my life, so to have a song in it too?🥹 Truly so insane. The song I wrote, “Half Alive” is written mostly in Maysilee’s perspective, but it’s truly how I felt about the family I made on this film. The people that hold you when you’re feeling half alive, the people that did. Ben was the first person I sent this song to, and Jo was the first I played it for in person. I made him cry hehe. I love you my Hunger Games family forever and ever. Thank you @francishlawrence , @ninajacobson , Debra Zane, Suzanne Collins, and everyone involved for making my dreams come true and trusting me with Maysilee. One of the best experiences of my life♥️♥️ cannot wait to share this movie and song with you all so soon HUNGER GAMES SUNRISE ON THE REAPING ALBUM! we had the time of our lives:)! Saluting the knees First day at the Cornucopia :) thank you for your consideration. first day in Spain, aka Jo’s 20th- had to do some improvising with the cake hahah Too much happening. a month and a half of bumpy car naps😭 stealing the moon bothering Ben is always a favorite passtime Loose cannons🫶🏻 lil stardew in the green room Iona😭💓 my baby😭💓💓💓 ladybug ladybug fly away home We laid on that floor and laughed for 3 days, don’t ask why. The peaceful and tolerant Left strike again… @basedinmalibu was attacked over the weekend by deranged liberal.
