I carry a soul with its own gravity.
Heavy, intense, and overflowing
My emotions don’t pass through
they settle, they shape, they stay.

Inner work and time didn’t lift the heaviness.
It taught me how to carry it
and still remain open, present, alive.

أحمل روحًا لها جاذبيتها الخاصة،
ثقيلة، عميقة، وفائضة بالحياة.
مشاعري لا تمرّ مرورًا عابرًا،
بل تستقر، وتُشكّلني، وتبقى.

لم تُخفّف الأيام ولا العمل الداخلي هذا الثقل،
بل تعلّمت كيف أحتويه،
وأبقى رغم ذلك
منفتحة، حاضرة، حيّة
