an extra special moment today to cap festival in Tamworth - spending time with Neville Miller as he is honoured with an Order of Australia Medal for services to country music. Neville was a founding committee member of the CCMA - among many other achievements - & one of my late grandfather’s best mates. A real privilege to spend some time with him and reminisce on some moments that have shaped our industry 🎸

Now and then we need to repost this 🙂

This song is now available on our latest cover compilation album “MonaLisa Twins play Beatles & more Vol. 4”. You can get your copy through the link in our bio ❤️

Insta vs life 🏜️✨
Ну, балансирую, как могу. Впервые попали в песчаную бурю, Амир не заценил затею фотографироваться 😂

October is a month I’ll look back on with a smile on my face and tears in my eyes. This month has brought joy and pain, some physical for me (Maggie in the marsh and oyster cuts as a result, massive burns from stupid curling irons and leash tangles causing wrist tears) and some emotional (standing over my mom watching her body try to fight a 105.6 fever is something that will haunt me until the day that I die).

But, we lived to see November. We literally thrived and then just survived this month. And the longer I’m on this earth the more that I find I’m a student of that rhythm. We all are.

If I’ve learned nothing else, and if I could pass on only one lesson from these 46 years on the planet, let it be this.

No matter how good you’ve got it or how bad your life feels right now, nothing lasts forever. It never gets easier and stays easier. Happiness is truly found in navigating both periods of your life with grace, as much grace as you can muster, for yourself and those around you. That’s something I’m still working on. And, to be completely honest, I’m crap at it but I’m trying.

This was October…

(Never been happier to hear Mariah Carey at midnight on November 1st).

To all the big boob girlies I’ve ever made do jumping jacks… I owe you an apology!!!🤪 low impact cardio for the win✔️ and while getting back into working out feels AMAZING, yet it’s still only doable to do 15/20 minutes or less at this point!! Comment CARDIO and I’ll send you this quickie💪 @ka.app
