Perfectly Golden,Soft n Fluffy Naan Recipe using Naan and Chapati Maker by @shan_home_appliances
Ingredients:
Maida:750g
Instant yeast:1 sachet(11g)
Sugar:1 tbsp
Salt:1 tbsp
Oil:1/4 cup
Lukewarm water:1.5 cups(+-2 tbsp)
Knead a very smooth n soft dough
Using above ingredients Nd let rest in greased bowl until doubled
Divide into eight dough balls ,flatten using rolling pin(add some spring onion n black seeds or seasame seeds) and bake as per instructions at higest temperature settings.
Brush with butter n coriander mixture,n enjoyy
