The real estate team you choose truly does matter 🙏🏻
Someone who not only gets the job done but the job done well. @briankesler is one of the best lenders I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is always on top of things and has clear to close way in advance. He is creative in the way he can help his clients get the best rate/payments, and extremely communicative. Closings at @steedtitle with @spencerdavidsteed are… well they said it perfectly. It’s a vibe. Every time I have worked with them their whole office is so great to work with, they make the process smooth and the closing day is a breath of fresh air. It doesn’t feel like you are closing at a dentist office.
@regham2k + @theravesocial were absolute dream clients! They didn’t want to compromise and I wasn’t going to let them ;) I didn’t account for some of the credits it actually ended up being closer to 15k with a new radon system installed. The birthday showings and literal Labor Day offers were all worth it! 🫶🏻 I can’t wait to see what you do with the place.
