i’ve got 36 hours to take 1,000 stories to parliament - comment ‘change’ for the survey ever since my appointment to the @britishbeautycouncil i’ve been dreaming of a moment like this. starting ruka was more than just being about selling product or fundraising announcements. it has always been about becoming an advocate for the essential education, real innovation and now, real policy that protects us. i’ve been invited to present evidence to parliament that will shape regulation for hair extensions going forward on Tues 3 Nov 2026. @rukahair we’ve spent years investing in building the best fibre and striving for a higher standard than the market. without the support of real legislation, we invested in international lawyers and global labs for a safer, sustainable and ethical supply chain. but we know it’s not enough, and we can’t do it alone. protecting this community isn’t about instilling fear, but innovating for better choices and developing nuanced, scientific standards that institutionalise protection before it shows up on your scalp. so i’m asking for three policies: we want extensions being imported into the country or being produced in the country to be vetted for (a) their origins (b) what they’re made of / composition (c) a definition of safety with regulatory limits of ingredients but i can’t walk in there with just my story. i need yours. and i need them in the next 36 hours. so, if you’ve ever worn braiding hair, a wig or extensions, this is the one time your answer goes somewhere that can actually change something. comment ‘change’ for the link to the survey

POŠTO MI SVI TRAŽITE BOCARU I VUČEVIĆA, KRENUĆEMO OD PRVE EKSPROPRIJACIJE I POČETKA BOGATSTVA SLOBODANA MILIĆA BOCARE I MILOŠA VUČEVIĆA! Godine 2012. i 2013. Slobodan Milić Bocara prebacuje vlasništvo nad zemljištem u Kaću između svojih kompanija. Nekoliko godina kasnije, 2015. i 2016, Grad Novi Sad ekspropriše 12 parcela. Nastavljamo. Ovo je tek početak! SVI KAO JEDAN U BORBI PROTIV KORUPCIJE! 🖐🏻👊🏻🇷🇸 #budiheroj #svikaojedan #borbaprotivkorupcije #novisad

A DEBUT TO BE PROUD OF! 🏆✨ Congratulations to my athlete @m0nashariat for stepping on the bodybuilding stage for the very first time and truly owning it! Mona earned **TOP 3 across all five classes** she competed in: 🥇 1st Place — Masters 40+ 🥈 2nd Place — Open B & Masters 35+ 🥉 3rd Place — Novice & True Novice Our journey together began in March when Mona came to me with one goal: to compete. I told her that if we wanted to step on stage with a truly competitive physique, we needed to prioritize a growth phase first and build a solid foundation before beginning prep. And that is exactly what we did. I am incredibly proud of her for stepping outside her comfort zone and challenging herself in a way that transformed not only her physique, but also her lifestyle. Her discipline, dedication, and determination throughout this journey have been truly admirable. As a coach, I couldn’t be happier or prouder of the package we brought to the stage for her very first show. I believe she presented a beautiful, competitive physique that aligned with the Fit Model criteria, and seeing all her hard work come together on stage was incredibly rewarding. Mona, I am SO proud of you. This is only the beginning my girl! 🙌🏽✨❤️‍🔥 And we’re not done yet! Mona is already off to her second show, taking the stage again in just 10 days🔥
