If you enjoy great duck dishes, join us tomorrow, Tuesday, January 13th, at Chef Alex Gandia’s catering kitchen for our first ACF Meet Up of 2026, with special guest James Hamilton (@culverduckfarms & @tastyduck ). After our educational presentation we will be tasting a variety of duck dishes to include duck breast, duck confit, duck sausage, dry aged duck, and more!!!
