Some evenings leave you feeling inspired long after they’re over.

So honoured to have been invited to Grand Cru in support of @UHNFoundation - thank you to @one.twenty.eight for introducing me to their work. What made this evening so special wasn’t just the incredible food, wine and setting, but the opportunity to celebrate and connect with the people behind the impact - the generous donors, brilliant scientists and researchers, and the many individuals who are helping advance the future of health care.

To sit alongside people who are making such a meaningful difference in the lives of others was truly inspiring. It was a beautiful reminder that behind every breakthrough, every clinical trial and every advancement in patient care, there are people who believe in making a difference.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made this unforgettable evening possible and to UHN for including me in such a meaningful celebration. The work being done at University Health Network is extraordinary, and I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to experience firsthand the passion and generosity that help make it possible.

“We mostly get rain now.”

A local in Prince Rupert, B.C., 2007, said as we walked past their ski hill. It had no snow.

That’s when I started Protect Our Winters. Nearly twenty years later, the solutions are here and cheaper than ever. What’s missing is us showing up for them.

Not sure who’s on your ballot? The @lcvoters voter guide and scorecard shows where candidates stand on clean air, clean water and public lands. Check your registration at vote.org. Text three friends.

Together we can Protect Our Winters.

Childhood was never about expensive things, but the little joys that meant the world to us. Those toys and memories will always stay special. ❤️
