YOU are the Vision Board. ✨ | For this New Moon (or any moment really) instead of a vision board, we’ll do a sensory anchoring practice. 👁️✨🌚
This reel was inspired by a carousel post from @catsantos 🙏🏻 I truly loved how grounding and clear her message was. It stayed with me, and this is my way of moving that idea through the body and into practice, with a bit of what I am looking forward to this 2026 woven in.
Let me know in the comments what are you looking forward to manifest with this lovely cardinal moon. Capricorn energy ir truly about getting it done, being the first new moon of the year (plus all the other planetary transits going on jan-feb) using THIS new moon’s energy is a must. 🤌🏼
The new moon is Jan 18th but as always, you can sense and work with the energy a day before and a day after it.
Not to mention this exercise can and should be done any time, anywhere. The beauty of it is the fact that YOU are all the materia magica you need. ✨
