Sierra and Jelani came out and sang four words, and then I sobbed the entire concert. 🩷🫶🏻

5-Minute Prep Southern Pecan Praline Bread 🍂🍞 Imagine slicing into a warm, buttery loaf that is incredibly soft and fluffy on the inside. 🍞 Every bite delivers a gooey caramel pocket and the rich, toasted crunch of pecans for the perfect texture. 🥜 It’s the ultimate sweet Southern treat that makes your morning coffee feel like a gourmet event! ☕ Short Recipe The Batter: Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs, milk, and melted butter, then fold in a generous cup of chopped pecans. The Bake: Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350°F until a toothpick comes out clean and the top is golden brown. The Glaze: While still warm, drizzle heavily with a homemade buttery caramel sauce and press whole pecans on top for that sticky, praline finish. I AM HOPING THIS IS FOR CHANGE, JUSTICE AND LIBERATION. BOONA LOVES EVERY ONE THAT DID THEIR PART TO VOTE! Y'ALL DID THAT!!💙💙💙 #fyp #electionday #blue
All of us bodybuilders had to compete in a single category because there were only 14 bodybuilders in total across all the different weight categories. Since the number of bodybuilding athletes was relatively low, the organizers decided to combine all the categories into one. Most of the competitors in that category were over 90 kg in body weight. For me, winning a Pro Card in this competition was extremely challenging because I was competing against athletes who were much bigger and heavier than me. Only the top three athletes were going to receive Pro Cards. If the competition had been conducted according to individual weight categories, the gold medalists from each category would have qualified. That would have meant around five or six athletes in total, representing all the different categories, competing for those three Pro Cards. But here, all 14 athletes were competing against each other in just one category, and only the top three would earn their Pro Cards. So you can imagine the difference between an 80 kg athlete and competitors weighing 90, 100 kg or even more. It was an extremely tough competition, and winning a Pro Card became even more challenging for me. The preparation was intense, the hard work was greater, and that’s what ultimately helped me win my Pro Card. So, to clarify, there were 14 athletes competing in one single bodybuilding category, and only the top three athletes were awarded IFBB Pro Cards.🏆 - @mrmukeshgahlot Guru Ji - #bodybuilding #motivation #goal #olympia #ifbbpro
Donald Trump blames Fox News and his own candidates — everyone but himself, writes Alex Woodward, after Republicans lose control of both the House and Senate in resounding fashion. The 2026 midterm elections were a Trump-directed referendum about his favorite person. And the Republican president — whose popularity has fallen to historic lows — lost it in a landslide.
