It brings me immense joy to finally congratulate @insane_lukas this weekend for winning his IFBB Pro status at @npcworldwidemorocco!

Lukas has been on a journey for the past 13 years with this single goal in mind, becoming a professional in the sport he lives and breathes.

We started our work together in July 2022, and what a story it’s been my friend.

For any athlete on the same path, use this as testament to NEVER giving up on your goals.

If the fire is still in your heart, keep progressing, keep fighting, and keep learning through the highs and lows.

This will be a rollercoaster to endure along the way, but the athletes who never give up are the ones who will eventually experience these moments.

Take a read through the screenshots on this post, hopefully it lights the fire for you even more, both for the coaches guiding and for the athletes executing.

So proud of you Lukas, you did it brother.

Number 32 🎯🤝

The US economy isn’t in crisis, but US consumers seem to be, despite stable growth, low unemployment, a relatively low rate of inflation and robust retail spending.

There are at least three potential explanations for this perplexing state of affairs. Either the data are wrong, Americans are wrong, or there is something fundamentally wrong with the economy that the macro performance masks, @keds_economist says. Tap the link in our bio to read more.
