Aizrautīgā uzņēmēja (viena no Engycell dibinātājām) Egija Gailuma @egii_luma pati saka, ka viņai iztrūkstot baiļu gēna - viņas mērķi un ambīcijas ir tik jaudīgas, ka reizēm prasās pieturēties pie kafijas krūzītes sarunas laikā 🚀🚀🚀Vai tas ir bijis bērnības elks Ričards Brensons vai viņas izkoptais dabas dotais talants uzņēmējdarbībā - katrā ziņā savām ambīcijām pielikt klāt nulles Egija nekautrējas un ar prieku dalās ļoti praktiskos padomos, kā nenobīties iet jaunos izaicinājumos! 🧨

Hi, I’m Dr. Amir Karam! I thought I’d take a moment to introduce myself and share a little about what I do and why I do it. I’m a facial plastic surgeon based in San Diego, California, and I’ve spent over 20 years specializing in facial rejuvenation. I’ve performed thousands of facelifts and developed my signature Vertical Restore® technique, a comprehensive approach designed to restore youthful facial shape by lifting the brow, midface, jawline, and neck. Throughout my career, one thing I’ve always emphasized is that facial aging happens in two dimensions: skin quality and facial shape. Addressing both is essential to achieving natural, lasting rejuvenation. That philosophy also led me to create @karammdskin and the Trifecta, a simple, comprehensive skincare routine built around proven active ingredients. My goal was to take the guesswork out of skincare and make it easier for people to achieve healthier, more youthful-looking skin through consistency. Outside of the operating room, I’m a husband and proud dad to four boys. I love spending time outdoors, staying active, prioritizing my health, and watching football (Go Ravens, Michigan, and TCU!). One of my favorite parts of what I do is sharing what I’ve learned over the years, whether it’s facial rejuvenation, skincare, or the everyday habits that can make a meaningful difference in how we look and feel as we age. I’m grateful to have you here. My hope is that this page gives you the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions about your own aging journey. I’d love to know a little about you, too. Where are you following from? comment any questions below and I will try to make videos for as many as possible
Oop! Lauren and Big Lex exchanged words after Lex and Bad Dolly discussed Lauren and Lori allegedly sneaking Lex in the Baddies USA Chapter 3 trailer. - Lauren defended herself against the claims, addressed being tag-teamed and challenged Lex to settle their issues at the reunion instead of online. 😳🍿 - Lex responded by addressing the bullying allegations surrounding her and questioning Lauren’s relationship with Ciroc, including claims that Lauren lives in Ciroc’s shadow. - Who do y’all think made the better point? 👀👇🏾 - ✍🏾 : @mairclockedthetea - Follow @ZeusNetworkTeaInc for more updates🔥 DM THE TEA - Follow the BackUp/DarkRoom @zeusteaincdarkroom 🤫🐐☕️

Karl Bushby was a 29-year-old ex-paratrooper when he walked away from the home to a Royal Air Force base near Oxford and caught a flight to South America. He returned as a 57-year-old — softer, grayer and weathered, but far more worldly. “They say it takes a village but literally it took a world to get me here,” Bushby said. “The kindness of strangers, so many, from individuals to nation states to get me back here today. I didn’t do this alone. There was a big team. The biggest team. Earth.” Bushby set out from Punta Arenas, Chile, on Nov. 1, 1998, and has walked 31,000 miles across four continents and 30 countries to get home. He navigated shifting ice over the Bering Strait and swam across the Caspian Sea and English Channel to avoid taking a boat or plane — or any transport — to propel him forward.
