What’s going around right now: a whole mix—Flu A/B, RSV, stomach bug, cedar fever/allergies, and a big surprise lately: COVID that looks exactly like the flu.
More than once, I’ve looked at classic “flu” symptoms (sudden fever, body aches, headache, fatigue) and thought, “This is flu”… and the test comes back COVID. The tricky part is you can’t reliably tell the difference by symptoms alone—testing is what clarifies what you’re dealing with (and what precautions/treatment make sense).

I thought I had the flu two weeks ago but nope…COVID. It was rough but fast. Hit hard and fast but left fast too
