🤯 VIRAL CHEESECAKE FACTORY CAJUN SALMON

There’s this incredible looking (and massive Cheesecake Factory salmon plate thats been going viral, so I decided to make an easier, healthier version at home.

This has some air fried salmon, over some healthier mashed potatoes, over an easy garlicky creamy cajun sauce, and let me tell you, this is such an incredible easy weeknight dinner.

✅ Comment FLAVOR and I’ll message you how you can preorder my new high protein cookbook.

INGREDIENTS:
For the salmon:
1 lb salmon
2 tsp Cajun seasoning
OR
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp oregano
Salt and pepper

For the mashed potatoes:
3 russet potatoes
1/4 cup bone broth
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper

For the Cajun cream sauce:
1/2 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1/2 cup chicken bone broth
1/4 cup heavy cream or half andhalf
2 tbsp grated parmesan
Squeeze of lemon
A small pinch salt

Here is how to make it:

1️⃣ Boil the potatoes in salted water until fork tender. You can also microwave them like I did. Drain, then mash with the butter, warm bone broth, Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper.

2️⃣ Drizzle the salmon with a touch of avocado oil and season with Cajun seasoning, or use the garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.

3️⃣ Air fry the salmon at 400°F for 9-10 minutes, depending on thickness.

4️⃣ For the sauce, melt the butter in a pan and add the garlic, tomato paste, and Cajun seasoning. Cook for about a minute. Add the bone broth, cream, and parmesan. Simmer for a couple minutes until creamy, then finish with a squeeze of lemon, taste and add salt if needed.

5️⃣ Add the mashed potatoes to a plate, place the salmon on top, pour some sauce, and ENJOY!

I’m all for equality, but accountability can’t be some premium subscription that only men are required to purchase. If somebody knowingly invents a criminal accusation, there should be consequences. You can’t set somebody else’s house on fire and then get offended when the fire department starts asking why you’re holding a gas can. That’s not oppression. That’s the receipt.

Are you consistently anti-oppression?

Speciesism - the discrimination based on one’s species- is a social evil no lesser than sexism, racism or casteism. It is rooted in the same supremacist mindset that some lives matter more than others.

The CCSEA Draft Rules of 2026 is an outrageous expression of speciesism that asks more animals to be exploited for human benefit. As citizens and earthlings, we should stand our ground against such abusive laws.

A woman reunited with her adoption coach, Georgia Governor-elect Keisha Lance Bottoms, bringing a personal connection into the spotlight after a landmark election. The reunion highlights a role in the woman’s life beyond Bottoms’ career in public office.

The former Atlanta mayor made history Tuesday as the first Black woman elected governor in the United States. Her victory also makes her Georgia’s first woman and first Black person elected governor. The win returns the governor’s office to Democratic control for the first time in more than two decades.
