As a proud Valley girl, this one hits different. Seeing Gina Hinojosa make history as the first Latina governor of Texas is a reminder to every little girl from the RGV that where we come from never limits how far we can go. And now, as a girl mom myself and a proud bonus mom to another , this means even more. Thinking about the world our daughters get to grow up in makes this moment that much sweeter. Representation matters. Here’s to breaking barriers, dreaming bigger, and a new chapter for Texas. Rooting for you, Señora Gobernadora!✨💙@ginafortexas

Lately I’ve been very caught up in the moment of wanting things that I THINK will make me happy. Posting this as a reminder that not everything you want in life is necessarily the thing that’s going to fulfill you. In fact! maybe the desire and the lack serve a greater purpose. Maybe the space between wanting and having is where some of our most important growth happens. Maybe we’re not meant to have everything we want. Maybe we’re meant to discover that we can be happy without it 🤍 But also, sometimes a new dress really does help 😸🪄👗
Ok i posted it 🏃 Stay tuned my fav ones ❤️
