Uzbekistan has been a true discovery for me. A country with an incredibly rich cultural heritage, fascinating museums, magnificent architecture, and centuries of history. Everywhere you turn, you can feel the connection between past and present, ancient traditions come to life, and new facets of a unique culture reveal themselves. An unforgettable experience!

Every time I think about the world shoulder I cry a little. Fit @gymshark dc BEEF (this tshirt is actually from the running collection and it’s super fire) Fueled by @gorillamind dc BEEF #shoulders #shoulderpain #shoulderday #shouldermobility 🦍 cxde BEEF to save 💫 #workout #preworkout #workouttime 🤞 I’m kinda hanging but controlling the weights. Not TOO heavy but heavy enough for a little pressure. I do around 5-10 each side maybe a couple sets #shoulders #stretch #mobility I love knowing Y-T-X … there’s also T-Y-I… you can throw a YMCA in thee if you want. No need to go super heavy. Again, control the weights. You can do a lot of reps. This burns. I do like a couple sets of 12-15 in a row each #upperbodystrength #upperbodyworkouts #upperbodyday Knee stabilized but you don’t HAVE to. Can even start of bodyweight as well. In fact, probably should if you’ve never done this sort of thing. Play it safe. #internalrotation #rotatorcuff Hey 😊 I just like this punching one so. Ya. Like 12-15 punches. #corestability #shoulderworkouts #coreworkouts #armworkoutsforwomen #armworkouts Lore of the day??? 👂
And just like that +1 🎂 #scorpioseason #birthdaygirl #stmarteen
