Fastest espresso in the world?

Kirk’s @projectzero.coffee running pre-batched espresso through @sixsimplemachines taps with Uber Milk @socraticcoffee and pushing out a coffee in about 15 seconds.

Is this where things are heading, or does it lose something?
Keen to hear what people think about pre-batched espresso?
