Chase Williams class of 2028 is one of the top guards in the state and he is having a phenomenal sophomore season at John Burroughs High School. This superstar has been playing at the highest level since 1st grade so it’s no surprise that he is still dominating to this day. College coaches tap in with this future D1 prospect and be sure to follow his hoop journey. Bright future for this student-athlete.

Intense and unprecedented artillery shelling is targeting the eastern areas of Gaza City.

The shelling is concentrated around the Shuja’iyya neighborhood intersection, which has recently come under the control of the Israeli occupation forces and lies within what is known as the Yellow Line.

This comes amid daily artillery attacks on the eastern areas of Gaza City, posing an increasing threat to the lives of residents living near the Yellow Line, as the escalation continues and fears grow of further attacks.⁩

Releasing this Thursday, what are you going for? 🔥

Lowkey this is much better than what I expected between those two! Exciting new collaboration.

Comment APP and I’ll send you my step-by-step workouts to finally build your Ultimate physique! 🔥

I know you’re working HARD! But has anyone actually taught you HOW to train the NEW body you have after having a baby?!

Your abs feel SO different. Your rib cage and posture have changed. Exercises you used to feel in all the right places now seem to go straight into your lower back or hip flexors.

And the advice is STILL… “Just get back to your workouts.” 🫠

Ladies, getting back to moving your body and knowing WHAT and HOW to train considering ALL those MAJOR and minor adaptations are two different things.

I’m working on GAME-CHANGING details most women will probably never be taught:

✅ Connecting to my deep abs while continuing to BREATHE
✅ Moving through my mid-back + rib cage mobility
✅ Working on rib flare + my high hinge point
✅ Training the connection between my back and opposite glute

And if you’re reading those points thinking, “I don’t even know what that means”, how would you, if nobody ever taught you?

That’s exactly why I spend SO much time teaching these details. You deserve to understand your body and program in the BEST exercises 💪🏼

Holy shit. Spencer tore his ACL for the 4th time, 3 months ago.

"I was gonna concede the spot... I said, I'll just go win it anyways... It's my 4th one, I'm 28 years old. I don't got many more tears left in me. I don't know if I will be back next year... I haven't wrestled in 16 freaking weeks man."

Anyone else feeling slightly overstimulated by short form content these days? 🫪
