The easiest hijab style ever!

At 20, I worried about gaining weight. At 61, I refuse to lose another moment worrying about being enough. ✨
Here are my 6 CONFIDENCE REMINDERS:
1️⃣ WEAR IT NOW. The sparkles, the short dress, the heels. You don’t need a special occasion to enjoy what’s in your wardrobe.

2️⃣ STOP PUTTING YOUR LIFE ON HOLD. Five kilos lighter, a little more toned, a little more confident… You deserve beautiful experiences exactly as you are today.

3️⃣ CHANGE THE WAY YOU SPEAK TO YOURSELF. If you wouldn’t say it to your best friend, stop saying it to the woman in the mirror.

4️⃣ LET PEOPLE HAVE THEIR OPINIONS. Someone will always think you’re too loud, too dressed up or too old. You can hear their opinion and still choose differently.

5️⃣ PRACTISE BEING SEEN. Take the photo. Walk into the room. Share your idea. Confidence grows when you give yourself a chance to try.

6️⃣ MAKE ROOM FOR MORE JOY. Dance even if nobody joins you. Say yes to an adventure. Spend time with people who make you forget to check your phone.

At 61, I still have insecure moments. But they no longer get to decide what I wear or how much fun I have. 💃✨

💬 What’s something you feel more confident about now than you did at 20?

✅ SAVE this for a day when self-doubt gets a little too loud.

🔁 SHARE it with a woman you’d love to see shine.
