Case: 8-day-old female infant 👶🏻
Presented with a bilateral cleft lip and palate with complete discontinuity of the lip, alveolus, and palate.
Parents were concerned about feeding difficulties and facial esthetics. On evaluation, the case was diagnosed as complete bilateral cleft lip and palate, indicated for presurgical nasoalveolar molding (PNAM) following Grayson’s technique to improve alveolar alignment, nasal symmetry, and facilitate better surgical outcomes.
