My annual post is back. Year of the Horse — relentless forward motion, fire in the soul, freedom that refuses to be contained. 🐎 This season demanded courage I didn’t know I possessed. It tested my resilience and, in doing so, revealed my strength. It asked me to trust myself when I felt lost. It asked me to find gratitude inside lessons I wasn’t prepared for.
And I did. I stayed. I grew. I evolved.
What tried to shake me only proved how deeply rooted I am. What tried to confuse me clarified me. What tried to break me set me free. I learned that strength isn’t loud — it’s choosing softness when hardening would be easier. It’s holding boundaries without performance. It’s walking away from what doesn’t honor you and walking confidently toward what does.
Five spontaneous trips after moving back from Hawaii — surrounded by my favorite humans who showed up with grace instead of ego…I’m reminded that real love feels like safety — not survival. Support feels steady. The right people don’t make you question your worth; they reflect it back to you. Adversity is a strange kind of blessing. It strips away what’s misaligned and leaves you standing firmly in your truth.
Some seasons reduce you to your essence. This was mine: a time to reflect & surrender. A time that’s shown me gratitude — even for the lessons delivered in fire.
There are blessings in the redirection. Clarity in the chaos. And so much good still ahead.
In a world that can feel heavy, I still choose kindness. I still choose growth. I still choose to move forward.
I affirm “I Deeply Belong to Myself” ❤️🔥
