Is it really gluten causing your symptoms? In a study where participants were given gluten, fructans and placebo, fructans were the most likely to induce symptoms while there was no significant difference in symptom score between the gluten and placebo groups. Yes!! 👏 gluten sensitivity without coeliac disease is often very rare. Usually it’s a gut-brain issue IBS too!

I’m am both gluten intolerant and fodmap intolerant if you find out you can’t eat fodmaps try a low fodmap diet it eliminates a lot of stuff but it helps. I say low fodmap because fodmaps are in everything and so hard to completely avoid. I’m also lactose intolerant. If I eat any gluten or even have cross contamination I’m puking for days and in so much pain. Thanks for telling people about fodmaps❤️❤️❤️

Hmm maybe I'll buy a loaf of sourdough bread instead of whole wheat multigrain. Thanks for the info!

I might test this, I tried rye sourdough before, it has a bit of wheat in it too but I didn’t react that much
