This year I got 20k points for 3k over three months. They made it real uncomfortable asking for the retention offer so I won’t be doing that again.

I have an Amex Platinum…called and asked for a retention offer and they told me nothing was available for me. The gave me 300k points last year. But nothing this year🫠
