JUST IN FROM THE HOME OFFICE: Under the Earned Settlement model set out before Parliament today, the right to live in the UK permanently ✨will no longer be granted automatically after five years✨

Instead, it will be ✨earned✨

✨Under the reforms✨

➡️The standard route to settlement will double from five to 10 years
➡️ People who enter "illegally (wtffff)", including "by small boat", face a wait of up to 30 years to settle
➡️ Care workers who meet the visa requirements will retain a five-year route
➡️ Higher earners on more than £50,000 (WOWWWW), skilled public service workers and refugees arriving on safe and legal routes will be able to settle in five years (CLASSISM✨✨✨)
➡️ Migrants who claim benefits face a 20-year wait for settlement (WOWWWW)
➡️ Migrants with a criminal record will be prevented from settling in the UK (UK says NO 🚫⛔🙅🏾 to restorative and transformational justice and yes to rcist police arresting people unethically 🫸🏾🫷🏾✋🏾👹👺🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️)
➡️ Migrants will be required to meet A-level standard English to settle in the UK (coloniser mentality here we come againn 💁🏾💁🏾💁🏾)
