I’m Ant/Porcelli the 4th and final face behind SLOWGRIND.
It started as just a phrase I heard back in 2015 when Moe came to Castleton. But over time, SLOWGRIND became more than words. It became a lifestyle. A movement. Something that kept building momentum and never stopped.
What SLOWGRIND means to me:
SLOWGRIND isn’t just a word, and it’s not for one specific group of people. It’s for anyone fighting battles nobody else can see. It’s the space between faith and trusting the process.
It means waking up and showing up even on your hardest days. Knowing not every day will be pretty or easy, but the grind doesn’t stop. Knowing it’s a fight, and that success is a slow, steady push toward your goals.
SLOWGRIND has built friendships, loyalty, and bonds that can’t be broken.
Join the movement. Stay committed to your goals. Move at your own pace but keep grinding.
