Ходи в зал. Избегай драм.
Пахни приятно. Зарабатывай деньги.
Повышай уровень своего окружения.
Говори меньше.
Молись больше. Думай позитивно.

My trip to Lebanon was entirely made possible by the fantastic team at @seenary0 whose work I got to be a part of while there. We did amazing workshops with women from Lebanon, Syria and Palestine. The power of theatre to create community and connection was in full force and the work done was so beautiful. The talent of the many women I met was outstanding and the stories shared and performed through their incredible writing was truly inspiring, I felt very lucky to be there. To see the work that @seenary0 does please check out their page and support if you can. It’s so important to provide spaces for people to use trauma for their own healing. I believe all aspects of theatre can do that and what I got to be part of in Lebanon affirmed that belief a thousand times. See their shows if you are in Beirut! All info on their website. Thank you all for allowing me to drop in and spend time with you, I can’t wait to do it again 💚 @hibahussein92 @lamaelamine @talaadaher @ranrounjoun @rayanhibta @victorialfleurlupton I am so grateful to you all and please if you find yourself in the photos let me know in the comments so I can add you! During the high-stakes heat of the United States Grand Prix 2026, Red Bull driver Isack Hadjar faced a grueling test of patience and machine resilience. After coming into the pits for a fresh set of hard tyres, things quickly unraveled as Hadjar began dealing with severe strategy, power, and steering complications on the track. Struggling with inconsistent throttle response and missing strat settings, the pressure mounted intensely as he fought to maintain competitive pace. The situation reached a dramatic boiling point when Hadjar's mounting frustration exploded into furious outbursts over the team radio. Despite his engineer trying to manage the strat modes and explain the tyre limitations, Hadjar's heated complaints and explicit reactions over the comms proved too much, ultimately resulting in his team radio being disconnected mid-race. #f1 #usgrandprix #hadjar #formula1 #reels

HU Staff: Kecia Gayle @kecia.kae #Socialites, please let’s take a moment to send love, prayers and our deepest condolences to the Johnson family as they have just lost their husband, father, and the heart of their home. ___________________________________________________ Marcel Johnson, the Michigan dad who let hundreds of thousands of strangers ride along through his tough stage 4 cancer fight, died on November 2, 2026, at about 4:45 p.m. He was 32. ___________________________________________________ His super strong wife Tay announced the news in an emotional TikTok video, explaining he had moved into palliative and hospice care and was surrounded by his family at the end. She also wrote, “I lost a whole entire half of me. He fought so hard for so long. He was so tired & exhausted & in so much pain. Yesterday the only words Marcel said all day were to me & Dedric and it was ‘I’m ready to go’ and that was in the morning. He still fought to hang on all day so we just got a bit more time. I truly don’t even have words right now. I feel like this can’t be real life. How can this be real f—-g life. I thought I was going to wake up and he was still going to be here beside me. I love him with my whole entire being and life will absolutely never ever be the same.” Supporters were heartbroken by the news but also sent her love and positive words for sticking by his side through every step of the way. ___________________________________________________ Click the link in bio for full story 📸 TikTok
