Snow Plows Barrel Past Traffic Stop, Burying Officer In Blowing Snow Buffalo, New York — A traffic camera records a police officer standing beside a pulled-over vehicle on a snow-packed roadway while speaking with the driver during a routine stop. Moments later, a snow plow truck approaches at speed and continues straight through the scene, sending a massive wave of snow and slush over the officer as flashing police lights reflect through the cloud. Seconds after the first pass, a second plow follows the same path and drenches the officer again, leaving him visibly stunned as the trucks continue down the road without slowing.
