For years, illegal activities have been openly operating in North Goa—Arambol, Morjim, Mandrem, Anjuna, and Vagator. Foreign nationals on tourist visas are allegedly involved in private party work, drug circulation, and escorting at villa parties, earning large sums nightly while violating visa laws. These networks function openly through Telegram, which has become a hub for arranging women, drugs, accommodation, transport, cryptocurrency, and suspected money laundering. This happens in plain sight. This is not just a foreigner problem. These activities continue because they are enabled by locals—villa owners, hotel owners, club operators, and facilitators who profit from sex, drugs, and alcohol. Without local support, this ecosystem would not survive. Goa’s culture and safety are being damaged while laws are ignored. Silence is complicity. This must stop.

STOP LYING. STOP BLAMING OUTSIDERS. THE REAL CULPRITS ARE GOANS THEMSELVES. Enough of this fake narrative. Illegal activities in Goa are NOT run by outsiders alone. They exist because locals invite them, shelter them, and milk them for money. Who gives land without papers? Goans. Who rents government land illegally? Goans. Who forges documents and fake ownership? Goans. Who uses panchayats, ward members, MLAs, and political muscle to silence complaints? Goans. This is organised dadagiri and land mafia behaviour—simple as that. Outsiders are brought in like customers into a trap. Many believe the land is legal because locals lie straight to their faces. When the truth comes out, threats begin—mental pressure, physical intimidation, and abuse of power. This is not business. This is extortion. The land is NOT yours. The documents are FORGED. The ownership is FAKE. The money is ILLEGAL. Yet the same people sit at home collecting monthly and yearly rents while screaming “outsiders are destroying Goa.” This is peak hypocrisy. Let it be said clearly: Goa is not being destroyed by outsiders. Goa is being sold illegally by its own people. If this has to stop, action must start from within. Crack down on locals who: Encroach government land Forge papers Run illegal rentals Hide behind political protection Threaten people into silence No more emotional drama. No more victim card. No more protecting criminals because they are “locals.” Clean your own mess first. Otherwise stop pretending you care about Goa.
