I was so excited to celebrate making it to 20 weeks and officially being half-baked. I went to my 20 week anatomy scan excited to see our baby. Everything was going great! Baby was healthy and superseded all expectations. It wasn’t till we got to the end of the scan where they decided to check my cervix.

I was immediately admitted into the hospital for emergency surgery to salvage whatever cervix I had left to save our baby and make sure she stays in as long as possible.

That was 10 weeks ago. Today I am happy to say we are 30 weeks, our baby is healthy, still baking and my cervix is closed. 🤞🏾🖤

I stole this content from my photographer & it just melted my heart. You all will NEVER get this side of her, but the way my Wife caters to my every need is truly unmatched. She’s not even a girly girl, but she made sure my hair, my makeup and my clothes were always on point.

I’ve never had the desire to share you with anyone, but I’m more excited for Beanie to be loved and adored by you more than anything. Nobody could ever 3rd wheel me, but for the both of you, I’ll make an exception. 🫶🏾🖤
