What I eat in a day 🩵 build muscle and lose fat 💪🏼 Body recomposition is truly a game of patience. It’s so easy to get caught up in the number on the scale or look in the mirror expecting to see a change overnight. What helped me was putting my energy into the things I could actually control. 1. What I put on my plate. I eat balanced meals I genuinely enjoy, know how to cook at home, and am happy to make again. I keep all the food groups in the mix. 2. How consistently I show up. Aim for 3–5 workouts a week if that feels realistic for you. If two days is what you can commit to right now, start there. Consistency builds over time. 3. How I train. When I only have 30–40 minutes, I prioritize strength training. If bodyweight moves already challenge you, that’s where you start. As you get stronger, you can add reps or weights and progress at your own pace. If you’d like to see how I put this into practice, I share my weekly workout split every Monday in The Core along with my Visual Method for building balanced plates using visual portions and tuning into your hunger and fullness. It’s there if you want to follow along. Link in b!o🩵 #whatieatinaday #bodyrecomposition #fatloss
