Sometimes you have to draw a line in the sand.
Not to prove anything, but to remember who you are.

In 2009 I found pole dancing.
It wasn’t a phase. More like a language that my body understood.

There were pauses.. injuries… miles…. moves across the world 🇮🇹 🇫🇮 🇵🇹 🇬🇧 🇹🇭 but the work never stopped.

I’m 45 now. Stronger. Softer. Clearer about where I stand.

This isn’t a comeback. It’s more of a recalibration.
Same fire ♐️🔥, higher standards ✨
