Kindness. Grace. Generosity. Here is a young man on Halloween, not thinking about what he could receive, but seeing an opportunity to give. He saw a need others might have overlooked and found an unexpected way to meet it. May his simple act of generosity inspire us all to look a little closer, care a little more, and find creative and unexpected ways to give to others. May we see more of this. May we be more of this. op: manny86ortiz
#NEWS - Spanish soccer player Jesús de Miguel has died at 30 after an on-field collision during Monday’s second-division match against FC Andorra, his club CD Tenerife confirmed Tuesday. The striker collided with Andorra goalkeeper Jesús Owono in stoppage time. Owono was shown a red card and initially began leaving the field before rushing back after realizing the severity of de Miguel’s injuries. De Miguel was taken to a hospital, where he was initially described as stable despite his serious condition. His neurological condition deteriorated overnight. Tenerife announced his death Tuesday morning, expressing heartbreak and offering support to his family, loved ones, and fans. His family thanked supporters for their messages and requested privacy as they grieve.
