My 4-minute violin sonata A Walk of Joy, which I composed this time (the performance and the complete score, pages 1, 2, and 3, are in my post), is not a first-rate work, but it clearly reaches the level of second-rate composers such as Ravel, Shostakovich, and Rachmaninoff. The first movement of Beethoven’s Symphony No. 5 expressed his conflict with suicide. Truly, I am the only person today who can interpret classical music, and through my upcoming TV classical commentary, people all over the world will come to know the true substance of what has long been hidden in secrecy within classical music — and as a result, classical music will inevitably become popularized. “Can you play my piece?”
