MULLED PEAR BUTTER CINNAMON BRIOCHE ROLLS ✨

AD For a pastry chef much like myself, Christmas is a time of much stress, chaos and shutting my eyes and flailing wildly until it’s over. November is really the last moments for me to enjoy baking for myself.

I created these Mulled Pear Butter Cinnamon Rolls because pears are currently at their peak, and using mulling spices always rounds things out with a festive edge without going overboard on XMAS the second Halloween is over. I genuinely really love using @josephjosephofficial anything to bake at home, it makes things incredibly easy and helps ease the chaos of baking.

The Mulled Pear Butter is fab on more than just these rolls, use it for porridge, cake filling, or toast!
