WORST BUS EXPERIENCE EVER β NEVER BOOK ZINGBUS MAXX β οΈ I booked Zingbus Maxx (7-Star Experience) as a Zingbus Prime Member, expecting premium service for my family. Instead, I received nothing but disappointment. β Repeated delays β Poorly maintained buses β False promises of a "7-Star Experience" β No accountability from customer support β No resolution even after sending emails This wasn't a one-time incidentβit happened on two consecutive journeys. If a company markets itself as premium, it should deliver premium service, not excuses. I trusted Zingbus with my family's travel, but they completely failed to meet even basic expectations.
