Rain pouring down. One final adjustment. Then a deep breath before moving on. Some people think race day is only about the start itself. But most of it is control. Control the breath. Control the focus. Control the moment when the last adjustment is finished, someone gives you a reassuring pat on the shoulder, and it's time to leave everything else behind. No PA this time. Just heavy rain, continuous cheering from the stands, and one quiet breath before walking back toward the track. That's why I love the routine. Because routine keeps you steady when the pressure starts to build. It keeps you honest. #bautifulathlete #collegesports #sportgirl #sportgirls #trackgirl #trackgirls #collegegirls #collegegirl #fitnessgirl
I painted the kitchen island this week and realised that I have touches of red in most rooms, a colour I would have previously avoided, but I love it! ❤️❤️ #victorianrenovation #renovationproject #oldhouselove #homerenovation #renovation
