I don’t buy bottled water at Costco anymore.
Not because I’m extreme.
Because I started asking better questions.
Most bottled water has microplastics in it. Tiny pieces of plastic you can’t see.
Studies have found these particles in human blood. In lungs. Even in placentas.
That means it’s not just “passing through.”
Now think about this.
Those cases of water sit in warehouses. In hot trucks. In storage for months.
Heat breaks plastic down faster.
And most bottled water? It’s filtered tap water.
So we’re paying for tap water… Stored in plastic… For months…
Then giving it to our kids every single day.
We won’t microwave food in plastic.
But we’ll drink from it daily?
We say we care about the planet. But we bring home 40 single-use bottles at a time.
As a dad, that didn’t sit right with me.
Water is the one thing your family drinks every day.
If it goes into their body that often, it should meet a higher standard.
We need to do better,
If you want to know what we switched to Comment “H20” and see for yourself.
