Little did I know that early 2026 would mark the moment God called me to the Holy Land.
This is my humble reflection on a sacred journey I never felt worthy enough to receive, yet a calling I finally answered.

Losing hurts for a day, but knowing you held back haunts you for years. 💯🔥 Some days you’ll give everything you have and still fall short. You’ll study and still miss the grade. Train and still lose. Work late and still not get the result you wanted. That’s life. Results depend on timing, luck and a hundred things outside your control. Effort is the one thing that’s always yours. The real failure isn’t falling short. It’s knowing you held back. Regret doesn’t come from losing after giving your best. It comes from wondering what would’ve happened if you had. And effort is never wasted. Every time you give everything, you get stronger, sharper and closer, even when the scoreboard doesn’t show it yet. Every loss you give everything to is a down payment on the win that’s coming.
Proud of the woman I’m becoming and super proud of the woman I’ve helped throughout the years become better versions of themselves both inside and out 🫂❤️‍🩹 this is a gentle reminder to not compare your fitness journey to someone else’s. Everyone has different timelines, everyone has different struggles. I myself have gone through soooo many different stages in my life. From emotional eating to not eating enough and starving myself to finally finding balance. But let me tell you that shit took so much work and a whole lot of patience and just never giving up on myself no matter how many times I had to keep restarting and relearning. It was also super helpful having a partner who also locked in with me and helped keep me accountable 🥹🫂💋 So if you’re on your fitness journey remember to be kind to yourself and never give up!! You got this besties!! 🫂🤍
