Spent last weekend in residence at @skidmoredance @mdocs.skidmore performing WITNESS put together by @sloring19 @movingpotential a multi-media performance of dance, music, poetry and real life story telling dealing with incarceration in Upstate NY. Was a really gratifying weekend performing it and having it be filmed for a documentary. Did the live score improvised solo with MIDI, electric kit. It is always good to work with dance and storytelling. Is a close and ancient relationship between dance, drones and drums. Thank you to the Skidmore students and faculty that really welcomed us with open arms and put a lot of energy into helping us present this piece to a wider audience.
