At 19, I was working in a restaurant making below minimum wage.
By 20 years old I had a seven figure real estate portfolio. After making money with my video marketing business, I realized that I did not have the traditional proof of income on paper to buy in CA (where i reside). I thought all options were done for me, that I would just have to wait the two years to show good income on paper. If I stayed with that mindset, I would not have even one unit to my name. Instead I started buying out of state properties to build my cashflow with DSCR loans that purely care about the property being self sufficient, no w2's, 1099s, tax returns , just 3 months worth of bank statements. After buying multiple units in Cleveland OH, I had the cashflow which allowed my business partner and I to buy properties in one of the hardest markets (California). Therefor, if you are looking to break into the real estate game with minimal risk and guaranteed good cash on cash returns which are backed by Section 8 (federal program), give me a follow and go through all of my past content.
