Easter is a month away , and one of our favorite traditions is back, egg dyeing season 🐣 This year we’re going the natural route for rich, beautiful color using ingredients you may already have at home.

Here’s how to try it:

1️⃣ Simmer 2 cups of any ingredient below with 2 cups water (covered) for 15–30 minutes:
• Purple cabbage → blue on white eggs, green on brown eggs
• Yellow onion skins → orange on white eggs, rusty red on brown eggs
• Red onion skins → reddish orange on white eggs, deeper red on brown eggs
• Blueberries → soft blue tones
• Beets → reddish pink on white eggs, maroon on brown eggs
• Ground turmeric (¼ cup) → golden yellow eggs
2️⃣ Strain the liquid and add 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar per 1 cup dye.
3️⃣ Soak hard-boiled eggs in the dye and refrigerate (about 2 cups dye = 6 eggs).
4️⃣ Once dry, buff lightly with oil for a subtle glossy finish.

Natural, festive, and a fun way to celebrate the season 💛 If you give it a try tag us so we can see how things turn out!
