pov: you called the c0ps 5 days ago but they’re useless and the c0rpse of your lover is still hanging from the tree 🪩 Klaasje appears so badass and unbothered by everything but her femme fatale personality is carefully constructed camouflage and - to a degree - perhaps part of her survival technique. Disco Elysium explicitly points out to the player how romanticising Klaasje is interfering with their judgment concerning her involvement in the case (and ironically that was what almost made my Harry cuff and take her into cust0dy - which, as I found out later, would have cost her her life). One thing I love about Disco Elysium is how this game messes with your perception - and once you have those intrusive thoughts (which it so readily provides), they will interfere, in some way, with your perception, no matter how much you think you’re immune to it (I was team Klaasje all the way up to the point of that mind bend).
