Instead, I received nothing but disappointment. ❌ Repeated delays ❌ Poorly maintained buses ❌ False promises of a "7-Star Experience" ❌ No accountability from customer support ❌ No resolution even after sending emails This wasn't a one-time incident—it happened on two consecutive journeys. If a company markets itself as premium, it should deliver premium service, not excuses. I trusted Zingbus with my family's travel, but they completely failed to meet even basic expectations. Zingbus marshal Raman stole my phone from the bus seat while I was getting down at Kashmere Gate,he knew there was no cctv camera facing passenger cabin.

Zingbus marshal stole my phone and zingbus is not giving my phone nor showing me cctv footage.Especially girls don’t travel by zingbus because if something happens to you you won’t be able to prove yourself because there are no cctv camera.But all zing buses have a sticker facing you that’you are under cctv surveillance’😂😂😂
