so you get rid of all the excess oils on your hair from constantly using this, just make sure to wash your heatless curls! you could totally get away with 3 weeks but if you have heatless curls like mine from Eternal Muse that have a cushion inside (which makes It so easy to fall asleep in btw), just pay attention to how frequently you wash them💕
