So many historic feats were reached last night.

Today has been a day when they are finally sinking in.

An inclusive and expansive America is what we should all be striving for, and these two men not only exemplify it - but have endured forces that try to constrain it.

ROASTED TOMATO & BOURSIN DIP 🍅🧀🔥 (RECIPE BELOW!!)

Who else loves a warm, cheesy dip that takes almost no effort?! 😍

Ingredients:

* 2 pints cherry tomatoes
* 1–2 tbsp olive oil
* Salt and black pepper, to taste
* 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
* 1 package (5.2 oz) Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
* ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
* Fresh basil, for topping
* Balsamic glaze, for drizzling

Directions:

1️⃣ Roast the tomatoes: Add cherry tomatoes to an oven-safe baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and fresh parsley. Toss everything together.

2️⃣ Bake: Roast at 400°F for about 40 minutes, until the tomatoes are soft, blistered, and juicy.

3️⃣ Add the Boursin: Place the Boursin cheese right into the center of the roasted tomatoes.

4️⃣ Mix it up: Stir everything together until the cheese melts into the warm tomatoes and creates a creamy, delicious dip.

5️⃣ Finish with toppings: Sprinkle with Parmesan, fresh basil, and a generous drizzle of balsamic glaze.

6️⃣ Serve: Grab your favorite crackers, toasted bread, or veggies and dig in! 🍅🧀

Would you serve this with toasted sourdough or crispy crackers?! 👀👇

This new @surprisechef album has been letting my imagination run wild! 🐸 it’s their fifth album and it might just be my favourite yet. Creating your own imaginary narrative really brings a whole new dimension to the listening experience. It’s a great listen at home on the record player but I also highly recommend listening out and about so you can construct your own storylines as you go. Train stations and parks in the evening really bring the record to life haha.

#NEWS: Keisha Lance Bottoms has won Georgia’s gubernatorial race, defeating Republican Rick Jackson to become the first Black woman elected governor in the state’s history. Her victory also makes her the first Black woman governor in U.S. history.

If I were your girlfriend...would you allow me to go out like this?😉
