This summer was a journeyโ€ฆ it took me a few tries but I got back up, back doing something I love. It was a big step in my recovery that made me incredibly happy. It may not have been snow but what is snow but simply frozen waterโ€ฆ ๐Ÿ˜œso it was one step closer to skiing! I know I wonโ€™t be doing this, or much else, for a quite some time after this next surgery but I know Iโ€™ll get back to it. Eventually I will. Art becomes so much more meaningful when it has a story or an emotion behind it. I created this piece for my mentor with exactly that intention โ€” to express something that words alone sometimes cannot. And the video captures the very emotion I wanted this artwork to convey. They say success is the result of months of planning, patience and execution. Well, this is what 6 months of planning and execution turning into a beautiful success looks like! โœจ But honestly, the most fulfilling part isnโ€™t just seeing the final piece come together. Itโ€™s knowing that something you imagined, poured your heart into, and worked towards for six long months can finally make someone feel something.
